Janeiro Branco oferece atividades gratuitas sobre saúde mental
Você conhece o Outubro Rosa, mês dedicado ao câncer de mama. Já se conscientizou sobre o Novembro Azul, que é a vez dos homens serem alertados sobre câncer de próstata. Ainda no penúltimo mês do ano, temos o Novembro Roxo, que é o mês da prematuridade. Todas essas e outras campanhas com cores são muito importantes para levar à sociedade discussões de temas que são considerados tabus para muitos. E por falar tabu, agora em janeiro é a vez de falarmos sobre saúde mental e emocional, com a campanha Janeiro Branco.
O Janeiro Branco foi criado em 2014, para trazer em evidência discussões sobre cuidados com as emoções, os sentimentos, os comportamentos e os relacionamentos humanos em nome da prevenção e do combate ao adoecimento emocional das pessoas. Neste gancho, a Maternidade Cândido Mariano realiza, na próxima semana, várias ações abertas a todos sobre saúde mental, como palestras sobre depressão, ansiedade e planejamento, além de apresentações de coral de interações com os Doutores Palhaços.
“Nossa intenção, ao promover atividades sobre o Janeiro Branco, é mobilizar a população a pensar nas questões envolvendo a saúde mental, desde os cuidados preventivos até a parte do diagnóstico e tratamento. É nosso dever e de todos que trabalham na área da saúde, colocar esse tema em máxima evidência na sociedade” afirma Cezar Luiz Galhardo, presidente da Maternidade Cândido Mariano.
